Great buncha doodles, Margaret. As for writing ideas you can illustrate.
Open word or whatever and just start writing, free associate everything and then come back to it later and keep doing that and sooner or later you'll get something. It's kind of fun. In my drawing drought I've been writing a bit more. It's fun.
These are very nice indeed :)
The bird cleaning it's wing is cute.
