insomnia...
this is a thumbnail i did for my sister's and brother's cd insert. ( the cd's called sweet waltz, bitter waltz, by teach yourself piano- check it out!) sometimes i like my scribbles better than the finished paintings. almost always, actually...anyhow, i haven't drawn for a few days, (don't tell jeff) so am resorting to old stuff. man...

Anyway, I've always liked my scribbles better, maybe that is why I don't have a finished piece done in 10 years. Hmmmmmm. Nice drawing! Did you do that on the Wacom tablet?
yup, t'was a wacom. i'm still trying to get the hang of it, but i'm a bit uncomfortable with the non-immediacy of it. not as...i dunno...
this weekend katie and i will draw, really. but first we have to make a duct tape dress form. priorities, priorities.
