juncos juncos juncos
just a junco i drew today and kind of a self portrait. juncos are my favourite birds. they visit me every winter and fly away in the spring. i am too tired to do anything of substance.

These colours are very powerful. :)

I like the layers of colour you have going on.
Have you ever tried applying your colour to the back of your paper?
If you use something like promarkers or whatever, cheap but good, they soak through normal 20lb paper, give a really rich but flat tone.
Then you can apply shadow tones to the front of the paper and whatever else you want to overlay.
