thought i'd do a close-up. i don't know how comic book artists get the characters looking uniform from one drawing to the next. i've got to practice A LOT!!!
Hey, Margaret. If you are having trouble getting your characters to be consistant, do a few days of tracing your character off. Over and over and over. It's how animators train their hand to draw stuff. It works pretty well.
Yes, the wonder of tracing for learning. You don't even need a light table, just use some light 20lb copy paper. Or get some layout paper. You can see right through that stuff.

but i think that drawing it over and over is the key for sure.
