The lower figure is very different from what I'm used to seeing in your work. Great use of shape. It is very elegant, while still keeping the expressiveness of line, which is so dominant in your drawings. Love the eyes especially.

Yes there is a wonderful balance and simple boldness to the bottom one. I very much struck me. In a good way :)
Great drawings! The bottom one feels like the style in the Louis Riel graphic novel, but with bolder line work.
I love the top one. It's nice and solid.
